Fylde Coast Academy Trust places a strong emphasis on creating supportive learning environments where students feel valued and inspired to achieve their potential.

Led by Pete Montgomery, our Trust Lead in Data & IT, our Head Office operates with a combined FTE of 1, split between data and IT roles. Administrative support is provided by our central team’s assistant. Across our academies, we have 9 Term-Time Only roles for Data and/or Exams management in secondary schools, with around 1 FTE typically allocated per secondary school. Primary school operational data is managed by administrative staff, with central team support for complex tasks.

We transitioned from SIMS to Bromcom in February 2024, reflecting our commitment to providing modern tools to our staff.
