Harbour Learning Trust is committed to providing high-quality education where students feel supported, valued, and inspired to achieve their full potential academically and personally.

At our Head Office, we have a team equivalent to 1.67 full-time employees, led by a Head of Data, Tom Walch. Supported by a part-time Junior Data Engineer, our focus is on fortifying our data infrastructure for future challenges. In our academies, primary schools have on-site administrative support, while secondary schools benefit from a dedicated Data Manager.

Currently, we’re transitioning from Scholarpack and SIMS to the Arbor platform, aiming to streamline operations and boost data efficiency.
